Our Story

Agape House Asia founder, Eva, was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the United States with her family in 2010.

While living in South Asia, Eva was exposed to the vast amount of abandoned and marginalized children living there and had a heart to care for them. In 2016, God led Eva to utilize her skills, experience, and relationships to help orphans living on the streets. He gave her the vision to serve these children by giving them hope and love through the establishment of an orphanage in her home city.

Although Eva did not feel that she had adequate resources to start such an enterprise, she maintained her confidence that God did. In 2017, she began sharing this vision to different organizations throughout the US. Teaming up with a member of Rolling Hills Church in Fayetteville, GA, Eva and Dave launched Agape House Asia in early 2018.

In 2018, Charlie joined the board to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Eva initially served as the Chief Operations Officer, directing operations of the orphanage from the US. Two years later, Eva and the rest of the board felt that she was needed in country to ensure things were running smoothly, so she courageously followed God’s direction and moved back in country to become the House Director.

Agape House Asia is governed by a US and South Asia board of directors. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
